Recycoolers® shippers can maintain controlled temperatures for up to 170 hours when used with the proper refrigerants (PCM, gel packs or dry ice, depending on your needs). The exact duration depends on the configuration and external conditions, but each configuration is tested to ISTA 7E Extreme standards to ensure reliable thermal protection over multi-day transit.
Yes. From the outer corrugated box to the inner insulation, everything is made of paper and is curbside recyclable. After use, you can dispose of the entire shipper in a standard paper recycling bin. This makes it extremely easy to recycle, much like breaking down an ordinary cardboard box. Choosing Recycoolers® eliminates the waste associated with EPS foam coolers, since the packaging can be fully repulped and reused to make new paper products.
