Liquid-cooled servers move with fluid still in the loop, which makes freeze protection a real transportation risk on winter lanes and air freight. For those systems, the packout is designed to help protect liquid-cooled server systems from freezing temperatures during transportation — so hardware does not have to be drained or disassembled to ship.

The RecyCooler® Server Shipper combines a paper-based outer structure, engineered fiber protective components, and thermal components in a palletized format, so the server is supported and insulated as a single packout during transportation.

How do you ship liquid-cooled servers without freezing?

Liquid-cooled servers ship with fluid in the cooling loop, so cold-weather transportation is a real risk.
